Amid emerging hypothesis about political leaders leaving their events to enroll in opposition camps forward of the Assembly polls in West Bengal, TMC MP Saugata Roy on Saturday mentioned that he firmly stands along with his birthday party and can by no means sign up for BJP.
Mr Roy, whilst chatting with ANI slammed BJP MP from Barrackpore Arjun Singh as a “third-class” flesh presser and “Bahubali”.
“This is nothing but a part of BJP’s campaign. It is BJP IT Cell Head Amit Malviya”s technique to spread a lot of fake news,” he added.
BJP MP Arjun Singh on Saturday made a commentary that TMC MP Saugata Roy along side 5 different MPs are going to enroll in BJP.
Meanwhile, TMC chief and state minister Suvendu Adhikari’s leaving his birthday party is an open query as on more than a few events like in Nandigram and Midnapore he has been known preserving public conferences with out the birthday party’s image, flag or banner.
Even the posters of Suvendu Adhikari have surfaced in some districts of the state and now in Kolkata. These posters having Adhikari’s image point out Aamra Suvendu Dada Anugaami (We are Suvendu’s brother well-wishers).
West Bengal is scheduled to head for Assembly polls in mid-2021.
